our stay at the virgin was fantastic. the staff were super welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. the grand chamber king room was luxurious, immaculate, and had the comfiest bed. we loved the lovely ambience and decor throughout the hotel. the rooftop terrace offered amazing views, and we appreciated being near spitalfields and brick lane for bars and restaurants.

The rooftop bar cocktails were delightful, and the complimentary prosecco for my husband's birthday was a lovely surprise. Unfortunately, noise from bin collection at 4 am disrupted our sleep, which was quite frustrating.

Stunning rooftop pool and welcoming atmosphere
I had a great stay here, where the rooftop pool with its breathtaking views was definitely a highlight. The Grand Chamber King room was both stylish and super comfy, making it a cozy retreat after exploring the busy Shoreditch area. The decor throughout the hotel has a unique flair that enhances the overall experience, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. My only suggestion would be to have a bit more variety at breakfast, as the options were somewhat limited.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
Our stay was delightful. the rooftop terrace offered a vibrant atmosphere. breakfast service was slow, and the lack of brown sauce for the Full English felt odd. The smoking nearby was distracting while dining. Consider requesting a non-smoking table for a more pleasant experience.

Amazing New Year stay!
We had a blast celebrating New Year in a gorgeous suite. The steam shower was the bomb! Super comfy bed and the staff were just fab. We tried the in-room breakfast, and it was delicious, but parking was a bit tricky. Still, the views from the balcony were lovely, just wish we could’ve used it more.
